- Another video sharing service that's quite popular is Vimeo. Vimeo gives you additional controls over your video and does make it easy to embed on other websites. However, they do have the same restrictions when it comes to Facebook, which is it's only going to give you the ability to post a thumbnail. But Vimeo can be useful because it allows you advanced options on some of their business accounts for things like collecting email addresses for leads or to create nice galleries that people end up in so you can really present your work. In any case, when you go to one of your videos here, here's something that I like. If you're logged in here on Vimeo, you may see some additional options. For example, we have the ability here for distribution. This is available on some of the paid accounts that are aimed at businesses.
