What you should know

- [Instructor] This is an advanced course in Facebook Ads for anyone who already knows the basics and has experience running campaigns. If you have limited experience with Facebook Ads and haven't taken a beginner level course yet, I recommend you search LinkedIn Learning for the Advertising on Facebook course and start there. The topics we cover build upon working knowledge of the channel. You should already have an understanding of account structure and how to build a campaign, for example, what interest targeting is and what ad formats are available. Experience running campaigns is a must. Before it makes sense to automate your campaigns, I recommend you do it manually for a while so you understand how it all works. You'll want to follow along in your own Facebook Ads account, so I recommend you have an active account, spending at least $50 per day that you can experiment with. In this course, we'll also explore marketing attribution. If you've been struggling to prove the ROI of your Facebook ads, then this section will be particularly useful for you. If you don't have some of the requirements I listed, don't worry. Feel free to jump around or skip to a section that looks interesting or is applicable to your job. But if you aspire to master Facebook Ads, this course is for you. Taking this course will help you maximize your performance and also save you a lot of time. So let's get started straightaway.
