- [Instructor] Another powerful feature in Fieldwire is the ability to add and assign tasks. If you go over to the left side of the screen and click on Tasks in the menu you'll open up the Task view. You can see we don't have anything here yet, but we can start adding tasks by just clicking on the blue add a new task button. When we do that we open up a dialog box that lets us put in a lot of different information here. So I'll tell you that tasks can be used for a number of different things and I'm gonna show you a few of them in this video and I'll show you a few more in some later videos as the course progresses. Right now let's look at just the basic steps of generating and assigning a task. So the first thing is to enter a title. You can use tasks to schedule people, so I'm gonna say that the title of this task is Foundation Work. I'm gonna click the blue checkbox to accept that. You can add Related Tasks, so if I wanted to create a new task for grading and add that and link it…
