- [Instructor] Once you've extracted all the information that you need from within Fieldwire and your project is complete, it's time to go ahead and close this project out of Fieldwire. To do that, I'm gonna go to settings. And I have two choices, I can archive this project or I can delete this project. Now, if I choose to delete the project, it's gonna ask me to confirm by typing in the name of the project and then clicking on delete. It's gonna warn me that if you delete this project, all the data will be erased and everyone will lose access. So just keep that in mind before you choose this option. It's not recoverable, so don't delete the project if you're not absolutely sure that you're not gonna need to get back in here to the project. And certainly don't delete the project before you export everything to your computer to be archived. I'm gonna click cancel. I don't wanna delete this project right now.
