- The last bit of information that I need to pull out of my Fieldwire project is all the information related to all of the tasks that I created and assigned throughout the course of this construction project. I'm gonna go over here to the left side of the screen, click on tasks in the menu bar, and under actions here there's not export feature like there was for plans, photos and files. So, what we need to do is just generate a detailed report of everything that's gonna become our task archive. Let's take a look at that. We're gonna go ahead and click on generate reports. I don't want to use one of my existing reports. I want to create a new report that I'm going to call, my Archive Report. I'm gonna click the blue check box. And I don't want this to be a PDF summary, I want this to be a detailed PDF. You can type any description that you want here. I want to go ahead under things that I want to include, and include just about everything. I want to make sure I include start and end…
