- [Nick] FigJam, which is offered by the makers of Figma, is an online tool for making collaborative whiteboard spaces, so you can brainstorm ideas or develop workflows or design plans. Multiple members of a team can work together at the same time in a FigJam project, working out ideas with shapes, text boxes, pictures, and even freehand drawings or notes. Because FigJam and Figma are together on the same platform, FigJam can be a great tool for people with different levels of design skill to collaborate with an existing Figma team or work group. Now copy editors, managers, clients, or any other collaborators who are not skilled with Figma can communicate with designers on a platform that is familiar and integrates well with existing Figma workflows. I'm Nick Brazzi, and I've put together a brief first-look course that shows how to set up teams on the Figma platform, then create and work in FigJam files. If your team already uses Figma or even if you have absolutely no experience with Figma and you just want an online collaborative whiteboard space, then FigJam and this first-look training course may be worth checking out.
