First of all, all of this happens in layout mode, since we're affecting layout objects. The other thing that you should know is that there's no such things as a layout that does not have a theme. This is a layout that we created while we were putting the app together, it says, Theme: Enlightened. in previous exercises, that's because by default, FileMaker applies the Enlightened theme. that we have Enlightened selected. This of course is the default. You'll notice that we have about 50 other themes designed here for us as well. I'll give you a quick tour. You'll see that they're broken down by different designs. You'll see that some of them have the word Print after them. Those are really a theme that is the absence of any styles, much like when you go to a website you'll get a version of the webpage that you're looking at that doesn't have all the extraneous design elements on it.
