- [Voiceover] Every database starts by creating the relationships first, that's your foundation that you build upon and there's no small amount of tasks involved with determining what relationships you need. You have to go through your entity list, determine what the relationships between the entities are, diagram those out, figure out what your key fields are gonna be, and then define those key fields into your database. So, so far in the process at this stage, what we've got are tables that are created, our three initial tables which are the customer invoice and products and then we determined that we needed a join table to resolve the many to many relationship between invoice and products. So we created invoice line items. Now in each one of these, we've gone in and defined the appropriate key fields, so we've got a primary key field set up as a serialized value in the customer table.
