- [Instructor] Actually creating relationships between tables in FileMaker is actually very easy as long as you have all the components in place and we know that we have all the components in place if we followed the process properly up until this point, because when you go through your data modeling, you find out how many tables you need, know what tables they are, you'll know what key fields you need and once you define those, it's really just dragging and dropping as I'll show you here. So let's go under file, manage, database, quick review, we've got all four of our tables, each of the tables has a primary key when necessary, a foreign key when necessary as well. I'll add that if you're on version of FileMaker prior to FileMaker version 17, you probably don't see all these default fields and you probably didn't have a primary key created for you.
