- [Instructor] So you're halfway through a course on FileMaker and you're only just now opening up the product. I know it feels a little strange, but don't worry. This is exactly how you're supposed to approach every FileMaker application that you create. You should first stop, plan it out, make sure you've got all your relationships all diagrammed. From that you're going to learn something. Like how many tables you need. And that's what we're going to talk about here. So since we've gone through the data modeling process, we've determined that in fact what we need is a customers table, a products table, and an orders table. And then in order to resolve our many to many, we need a join table. We'll call that order line items. So what you're going to do is open up FileMaker, and you're going to go into the file menu to create new. This is going to present you with some options. And what we're going to do here is keep it on the default blank and hit create. FileMaker's going to ask us…
