Placing and formatting graphics in layouts

In addition to layout objects, texts, and fields, you can also add images that don't have to be contained within a container field to your layout. This can allow you to do things like add a cool aesthetic to your layout, maybe just some logos, or whatever it is that you desire to do. So for example, if you look at our Exercise Files right here. You're going to see that I've got this file called Untitled_11_03. And, I've also got another file, that's called Graphics. If we open up both of them, you'll see that the Graphics one already has some embedded logos in it. If we go back to the Untitled_11_03, I'd like to add some icons to this layout. So let's go into Layout Mode, so I can add some icons and spruce up the layout a little bit. So first of all, over in the Graphics layout, if I go into Layout Mode, you'll see I can select any one of these. I'm going to select and hold down my Shift key and select those two icons.
