- [Voiceover] A lot of application users when doing data entry, don't like to have to take their hands off the keyboard, and that's good they can be more productive that way. For example, one way that you can enter data into certain fields, is to click on a field. Now if you want to have to have the users keep continuing to click into all the different fields, they're taking their hands off the keyboard. So one of the more important aspects of creating an effective user interface is managing how users move through your layout, so the sequence of events. And you do have control over that, and you do have control over that in a way that can also accommodate users that want to keep their hands on the keyboard. So, FileMaker has a tab order, and you'll notice that there's a default tab order already. If I click into a field and I hit the tab key, you kind of see that FileMaker's jumping all over the place.
