There are various different reasons why you might want to create new reports in your FileMaker database. Whenever you're creating a new report, you're going to make a decision whether or not you want to see all of your data onscreen at once or if you want to see several different records onscreen at once. That's called choosing between a form or a list view layout. In this movie, we're going to talk about how to create a list view. You might want to create list views for the purposes of reports or even to display the results of your search,or whatever reason you might encounter that you want to create your report that has multiple records onscreen at a time. All reports are created in Layout Mode. So let's go into Layout mode and I can show you how to create a list view. Now you'll notice that there's this button on the top of the screen called layout support.
