Using calculations in tooltips

- [Instructor] Adding tooltips to layout objects is a quick and easy way to provide help or tips or additional information to your users, and tooltips appear when a user moves a cursor over an object. And you'll see something appear if there is a tooltip attached. These of course will only show up in browser find mode. Just as they do in other applications. Now, a tooltip can be attached to any layout object and they are easy to create and can be added anywhere you think users would benefit from having some additional information. I kind of like the technique of using calculation formulas in a tooltip to prevent users from having to drill down into data. So, in this case, let's say we want to use a calculation formula to apply a tooltip that when a user hovers over one of the invoice portal rows that they'll get more information about the invoice. We'll do that in layout mode. And what we'll do is we'll select the object that's covering the portal row and anything that we apply to…
