- You know, Rich, of course, if I had my druthers, I'd buy a Phantom and do 25,000 frames a second, but I'd then be buying basically another house, so those are very pricey cameras, and as we alluded to, oftentimes it's better to rent a piece of gear like that than go out and purchase but when it comes to more sort of approachable pricepoints for the majority of us, there's still some good options. - Yeah, one of the things that I like to point out is that the action camera market has really embraced this. Now, this is heavier compressed footage, but you will very often find higher frame rates and I'll even use it on my phone but one of the things that's a challenge with some of these higher frame rates is the flickering of fluorescent lights, so either you're going to have to turn off those lights and not be under lights that flicker using natural light or you're gonna have to go through in post-production and fix it.
