- When you start a script writing project, one of the first things you're going to want to do is think about how are we going to measure the success of this video production? And that might seem a little crazy to you, you're thinking, "I need to know how "to write the introduction", or, "I need "to know how to write the conclusion", but actually thinking about what's going to happen after the video has been viewed, is probably the most important thing, especially if you want to get more script writing work after this project. So let's talk about success measures and what they might look like. For an online viewing experience, the success measures might be the number of views, or the number of forwards, or the number of re-embeds of the video in other places on the web, or there might be a dollar value of purchases or a number of purchases or renewals that you're targeting.
