- We've shown you several examples of point of view shots, as we've been talking about them but, we'd like to break down a few of those shots and take a closer look. So Rob you've loaded them up to your Surface Book here, - [Rob] Yep. - [Rich] Why don't we jump in and explore. So I like this shot, Rob. This is actually me wearing a camera, - [Rob] Yeah. (laughs under breath) - [Rich] And enjoying a day at the Amusement Park with kids, but it's kind of immersive, isn't it? Now you gotta be careful there, you see a hand getting in the shot. So that one of those things, you've gotta decide. Are you gonna see yourself in the shot, or are you supposed to be somewhere else? Sometimes the camera operator is playing the part of a different character. So if I was supposed to be shooting from the point of view, of say my eight year old daughter, I'd have to be careful that I didn't get in the shot. - [Rob] Or part of that, your actual head in the shot.
