- Hi, my name's Rich Harrington and joining me today is director of photography, Kevin Bradly. Kevin, thanks for joining us. - Thanks! - Now, we're talking about a scenario of one point lighting, which is not ideal, but there's gotta have been plenty of times where you've ended up with only a single light available while you're shooting. What are some scenarios where this problem pops up? - There are times where you are either out of time or out of equipment and quite frankly maybe you'll have only one light, one light and a camera. So you've gotta make it work and there are several ways to do that. - I remember being on set many a time, particularly when we were doing shoots at hospitals, and we had a big set up all put away and then all the sudden our interview schedule changed. Due to factors beyond our control there was a doctor who needed to be interviewed right now and so you're scrambling to find a light. You don't wanna tear everything down.
