Using in points for better thumbnails

- One of the struggles you may run into is that the video is going to be generally shorter than the audio, and that's going to leave you, especially at the front, a lot of empty space, a lot of blackness there, when you look at the Thumbnail view inside of Final Cut X. And this little trick might make it a little bit easier for you to see things visually. A little bit smarter of a workflow is to first, add an inpoint for your video clip. So, to do this, I'm going to go ahead into this part called Using Inpoint. I'm going to take the video, and I'm just going to say, put an inpoint. Now I have one here near this marker. That'll work for what I want to do. I can make it a little bit past. It's up to you, if you want the slight to actually be part of this. I don't so I'll hit i for inpoint. I'm going to go up here to the clip, select Synchronize Clips, and when I do so, and I'll leave it be Automatic for this, go Better Inpoint so we can find it easier. It's going to go ahead and…
