- [Instructor] Forms are an important way for users to get access to important information, collect and analyze data, and make important decisions. Oftentimes forms out of the box can be complicated and contain unnecessary fields, or ones that your organization may not be used to or even ready for yet. Let's customize forms today to clean things up. To start, I'm going to go into the Incidents application and open the All Incidents module. We shall open a record on this list to display a form in its default view. Let's begin with showing you how to personalize this form for a specific user. To do so, we're going to click on the Toggles icon, and quickly we'll see a list of enabled fields. If you're having trouble finding a field on the screen, you can actually hover over an item on this list and it will highlight its location on the screen.
