- [Instructor] Workflows help enable automation by using a combination of stages and conditional logic to enable a process. Imagine the workflow at a fast food drive-through. You wait in the queue, arrive at an ordering area, place your order, receive a confirmation, and then proceed to the payment area. Next, your payment is confirmed and you proceed to the pick up area where your order is retrieved, delivered, and then confirmed by you. Finally, you end the workflow by eating the food, feeling guilty, going to the gym, and doing it all again next week. In ServiceNow workflows are created and modified and changed in the Workflow Editor module. This is located in the Workflow application. Let's take a look. The Editor opens in a separate window.
