- [Instructor] The service catalog is like an online shopping store where users can order a product like a computer or a monitor, as well as request services such as changes to a business report or to move a printer. The key application where all this is done is the service catalog. The first module called Catalogs, shows the major offerings that are available to your end user. In this case, we have a service catalog, and a technical catalog. If I click on the service catalog, I can see a screen where different categories of items are shown such as hardware, software, desktops, and mobiles. I can also see a dynamic view on the far right showing my top requested items. Let's take a look at some hardware.
