- [Instructor] If you're a firm believer in the saying, "What cannot be measured cannot be improved," then this section is for you. ServiceNow comes out of the box with plenty of reporting tools and customizations to help you manage teams, individual contributors, and the flow of information and activity so you can improve your IT service delivery. The Reports application contains modules for viewing, running, creating, and scheduling reports. If we click on the View/Run module, we can see all the reports that are assigned to you, to groups, and globally. ServiceNow uses a visual port designer that allows you to set up conditional statements and then graph the result in various types of visualizations. Let's take a look at my Open Incidents by Category. A fast way to do this is to first search by Incident, and then search again by Category. Here it is.
