Annotating the drawing

- [Instructor] Detailed dimensions take drawing views from being visual representations to critical documents. Adding detailed dimensions to the Fusion 360 drawing is simple with a lot of options. The first thing I'll do is add a couple of center marks. I'll add one to the side view and then zoom in more closely and add a center line by selecting the two lines, bisecting them. Under the Dimensions pull-down, you'll see there are multiple options. You can specifically apply linear, aligned, or angular dimensions as well as others, or you can select the dimension tool. The dimension tool will apply dimensions based on the geometry selected. Selecting an arc will place a radius. Selecting a circle will place a diameter. Selecting the center point of the circle and an endpoint, will create an aligned dimension or, depending on how you move your mouse, a vertical or horizontal dimension. All using the same tool.
