Apply the thermal loads to calculate thermal stress

- [Instructor] Heat can affect the performance and the geometry of a component. For that reason, we have the option of running a thermal stress analysis. In the simulation workspace, we'll select thermal stress and create a new study. The design is a self resetting breaker, but we don't need all of this geometry. So we'll start out with simplify and using the model components, we can get rid of the cap, the load post and the housing by removing them through the context menu. We can also simplify the model of the line post by using remove faces and selecting the chamfer and the thread. A thermal analysis only has thermal loads available to it. When we return back to the simulation workspace, we can see there are structural and thermal loads available for this type of analysis. I'm going to temporarily turn off the line post.
