Applying appearance

- [Instructor] Fusion 360 has a robust realistic rendering capability. We have here our assembly file and by default Fusion 360 assigns appearance to our component and bodies. We can also reassign default material or appearance by going to preferences. Under material, notice by default the appearance is metal steel and material need to be steel satin, hitting cancel. And if we hit A for appearance, notice in this assembly or design the appearance which is steel satin was applied, hitting close. Rendering has a workspace of it's own, so let's head to our workspaces. Selecting this dropdown and selecting render. To change and assign a color or appearance to our model all we have to do is head to set up and select appearance. Here we can apply appearance directly to bodies or components and bases. Next let's head to library. Let's drill down to metal, scrolling down, going to iron, and let's assign cast iron moving the scroll bar to assign this appearance all we have to do is left click…
