- [Instructor] Once the study is complete, you might want to explore additional options. One of the most common is to compare materials to one another. To do this, you don't want to just simply change the material on your existing study. A great way to compare the results is to clone a study. To do this, simply right click on an existing study, and select Clone Study from the Context menu. By default, the study will be cloned with all of the same loads, the same constraints, and the same material. And the study type will be maintained as well, though you can change the study type of a clone study. The new study will be the active study. So any changes made here will not be reflected in the previous study. I'll go to the materials, and from the study materials, change the grade of cast iron to grade 60. Click Okay, and I'm able to run the solve. After a few moments, the solution is found, and I've given the updated results.…
