- [Instructor] When we were working with our Jansen Linkage, we were making these rigid forms and building them up from sketches. And in this case the workflow will happen sort of in the opposite direction where we'll start with a big sort of pillowy shape. And then smush it and scrunch it down until it looks correct. So to do that, I'll head up to this button, Create Form. And then within those options I will pick Box. And there's a couple things to set up here. So first of all the rectangle type should be Center. And we'll switch direction to Symmetrical. And I'll pick the X, Y plane to work on. And then let's look at this thing from the top view. And we're going to build from the center outward. But if we want to land right on that corner, the grid might cause some problems. So let's turn off Snapping to Grid. Okay, I'll click here in the middle. And then build that box out to the edges. And then by default it opens up…
