Creating 2D drawings

- [Instructor] The next communication medium I'd like to take with others is the 2D drawing. From inside the design, I can go to file, new drawing, from design. I can also right click on a design in the data panel, and do the same step. I'll say that I'd like to create this new drawing. After a moment, if I haven't saved my design recently, I'll be prompted to do so. Then I'll get a dialog box asking if I want to use the full assembly for a reference. In this case, I'll skip this and go just for one component. I can choose more than one component however, then I'll say that I want to create a new drawing from scratch, or I can use an existing template if I have one. I'll choose my standard and my units, then my sheet size. I'll click okay. Then after a moment, I'm shown the part. In this case, the way this part was oriented, that is the front view. It's offering the scale of one to 16. I can choose a different scale, or I can type in a custom scale. For this, I'll just simply select…
