Creating base feet
- [Instructor] Okay, so the next thing we're going to do is create the other little stand-off piece here, the other little extrusion on these legs here. And the way we're going to do that is we're going to create an offset plane. And we're going to use the back face of the cradle here, and if we drag that back four millimeters, because we want to add a little bit extra room there for it to sit on. And then I'll create a sketch on here. We'll say Create Sketch. And then we'll turn the base shell body off for the minute. Just while we're projecting the bits that we're after from the cradle here. So I just need to come in here and use Project and we just want to project this here and this one and this one. Okay, so the next thing we need to do is we just need to shorten these lines up a little bit. So, there's a couple of ways to do that is just to break the link on this and the others and I'll show you why by just turning that base shell back on. When we're looking down here last time…
