Creating the middle plate setup
- [Instructor] Now that we finished up the end plate, we're ready to move on to the mid plate. Just like before, we're going to need to configure the setup so that the model is visible and we're ready to start creating our operations. To do this, we're going to start by expanding the Bottle Caddy list up here and turning off the End Plate and turning on the Mid Plate. That's the part we want to cut, so let's go ahead and move to our named view Mid Plate HOME. And now we're in a position where we can cut this part. This part's actually quite simple. This is just a single cut we're going to make. And we're going to start with a new setup. And here you can see we're configured, setup with Model orientation, just like before. And since this is on the same orientation on the cam side as it is in the design side, we can keep the Model orientation. All we need to do is adjust our zero point to the corner of the stock.
