Designing Link3
- [Instructor] To create link three of the robotic arm, we can create a new sketch on the front plane here, start by just drawing a circle at the origin point, let's give a diameter of 60 millimeters. Finish off that sketch and extrude out just 10 millimeters that say, finish that off. Next, I want to create another sketch on this surface here. So we can create a new sketch there. Sketch out a rectangle down at the bottom of the circle, something like this, give a dimension of let's say 10 millimeter by 80 millimeters or so. And now we have our rectangle come in and notice it can still move along the edge here, so I might need some constraints or dimensions to finish it off. We can grab this bottom edge and the center point and give a vertical constraint, and that should finish off my sketch there. Once I'm happy with that finish the sketch. Extrude the sketch we just created there, we can give a dimension something…
