- [Instructor] We just finished up making our most time consuming tool paths, our parallel and horizontal, and these have revealed a majority of our site but I still want to add a little bit more detail. So you'll notice if you select your horizontal tool path. If we zoom into some of these corners, you can see that our half an inch flat end mill has had some issues cutting into these sharper corners. So to reveal a little bit more of that detail that we need to reduce our end mill size. And now we get to use our quarter inch flat end mill that we created a few lessons ago to reveal a little bit more detail and I'm not going to reuse that same horizontal path to do those cut-insurance. I'm instead going to use a tool path called adaptive clearing. Now adaptive clearing is usually used as a roughing strategy to clear away a lot of material efficiently while not overloading your tool but we're going to use it here…
