Exporting components from an assembly

- [Instructor] Hi everyone and welcome to another Fusion 360 tips, tricks and techniques. What we have here is a dynamic assembly. As you can see, it has joints. This design file named as a 01. Our intent here is to export each of this components individually. Let's say we wanted to export base first, you may be tempted to head up and the save this as a copy and then delete this remaining components. Same goes as you export handle. We're going to delete base and the rest of this components. The best way to export each of this components individually is heading to your target component, let's say base first. From here, I can right click and select Export. With Export you have the option to export this to a specific file type. We can have this exported as I just set SMT and step. In addition, we have the option to save this into the cloud. But for now, I prefer exporting this to my local drive. I'm going to locate my target…
