Extruding and filleting the side panel

- [Presenter] We're now ready to turn our two-dimensional sketch into a three-dimensional body. Let's first create a user parameter to represent the plywood thickness which will be three quarters of an inch. Turning a sketch into a 3D body can be done with a variety of modeling tools. We need a uniform thickness that represents the thickness of plywood. We'll use the extrude command which is located in the toolbar of the solid tab, the create dropdown or it can be activated with the keyboard shortcut letter E as in echo. The solid modeling extrude command allows us to turn fully closed sketch profiles into a defined thickness. Select the desired sketch profiles once extrude is active. Note that the circle shapes in our sketch are fully closed entities which means we'll have to select them individually. We'll have a total of four selected profiles.
