Modify the exported outcome

- With the model in the design workspace, it can be modified the same way that you'd modify any model in Fusion 360. Let's take a look at the timeline though and see exactly what we have. The first two characters are base features for the preserves and for the obstacles that were in the original file. Then, we have a freeform body which was made up of the generative design. A boundary fill which turned it into a solid. And then a combine feature to bring it all together. Looking more closely at what was imported, I see a few things that I'd might like to change. The first thing I notice are these nodes that are sitting on the outside of the ring. By selecting a face and using the Delete key, I can use direct modeling to clean that up. To do more advanced editing, I'll need to go back and edit the form itself. Maybe, I want to close up this front area. Because that extra geometry really isn't going to do much for me and will add extra machining time. So I'll select some faces. Select…
