- [Instructor] Now let's move on to molds. Now, molds aren't really important because molds are what will index the part and create the shape of the part, for our composite structures. Now, in this course, we are talking about a pretty interesting mold. So we have a single-sided mold, where we're going to have the, bicycle sit inside of here. Now that bike has a core inside of it. So that core is going to be wrapped in a pre-primed carbon fiber, and then placed inside of this mold. And then this mold will be vacuum bagged. So one side of it will be on the mold, and one side of it will be against the vacuum bag. Now this does a couple things. This allows us to significantly reduce the cost of making our molds, making our tooling and even designing our tooling. It also gives us some flexibility if we want it to make changes to how, the core system works a little bit. We have some, a little bit of tolerance and how…
