- We are now ready to create a 3D body from the sketches that we built in the previous videos. Now it's time to make our first 3D body in this course. In the last couple of videos we've been building on all of our sketching skills and building sketches in the purpose of creating 3D bodies out of them. So we're going to go ahead and zoom in a little bit and let's pan around. Again, this is holding the shift key and the center button or the scroll key and just rotate around so you can get a better view. Now you can see that this is shaded in blue, which means this is selectable. So what we're going to do is we're going to come up to the top of the menu bar on the left, and we're going to click on the revolve tool. Now it's asking for a profile.
