- [Instructor] This one's a productivity tip for designers creating something from scratch. When you're about to get the hang of sketching in Fusion 360, you will be feeling a bit of discomfort with the cursor snapping on the grid and when you're moving items, it moves incrementally. Let's enter Sketch mode. I'm going to hit L for line and let's sketch on our X-Y plane. By default, Snap to Grid is enabled in Fusion 360. So notice, as I move my cursor, it snaps to the grid's intersection. Moving forward, I'm going to drop our first point, so left click at this intersection. Let's move to the left and create a horizontal line. Left click here and hit Escape. I know this is perfectly horizontal 'cause I'm seeing a horizontal constraint.
