- [Narrator] If you're going to be doing anything that interfaces with the physical world, I strongly suggest that you take measurements to make sure that what you create in Fusion matches with what the real world demands. A really excellent tool for this is a digital caliper. This is an example caliper that's about 18 dollars. You can get them for slightly less and quite a bit more. But this simple sort of tool will help you take measurements of real-world objects to make sure that what you create matches with the real world. I've an example here of two views of the headphones that we are going to be modeling in this set of videos. The digital calipers are accurate to, in this case, 140 millimeters and about 42 millimeters. And we'll be using these sorts of images in this class to create our model. This view here from the top and side, I'll show you how to take pictures properly. And these are mostly proper pictures. I'll tell you how to kind of set these up in a later video. But…
