Fix red eye

- [Instructor] Let's take a look at some techniques for removing red eye from photos in GIMP, and in our exercise file we have an image of a cute little baby who unfortunately has a really serious case of red eye. So let's start by duplicating the layer so we can work non-destructively, and then we need to zoom in and select those red pupils. I'll take the ellipse select tool and check in the tool options to make sure anti-aliasing is turned on. That way, we'll get smoother selection edges, and then I'll click and drag over one pupil. If you don't get this selection right the first time, just use the control handles to adjust it, and then hold the Shift key to add to the selection and drag over the other pupil, and again, use these handles if you need to to make adjustments. When you're satisfied, press Return or Enter to accept the selection, then choose filters, enhance, red eye removal. Use the threshold slider to set the amount of red eye correction. So zero will have no effect…
