Exercise: Documenting your game pitch

- [Instructor] In this video we'll lay the groundwork for documenting your game pitch. At this point we'll assume your pitch is going to someone you hope will fund your game, whether a private investor, a government, or an artist grant. Bear in mind, if you're really going for a grant, this exercise will help you to collect your thoughts, but you'll need to follow whatever bidding process the government or artist grant actually requires. In order to do this exercise, you'll need the following. Some kind of presentation software, either Keynote, PowerPoint, or Google Docs in presentation mode. Concept artwork or some screenshots from your game. If you don't have sample artwork at this time, you can use representative artwork or photos until you do. If you're submitting this anywhere public however, make sure the artwork is yours to use or you clearly note where you've sourced it. Some time after the fact to format your document so that the fonts, images, and the layout meet your needs.…
