- [Voiceover] One of the most important decisions you're going to make about your podcast is where you're going to host it. As I previously mentioned the podcast files themselves, the MP3 files you export from GarageBand, need to live someplace online so they can be downloaded by your listeners. If you do some searching around online you'll find that there are tons of podcasts and content hosting services out there. So how do you decide where to put your files? If you're just starting out one thing you might be tempted to do is to use a free hosting service. For example, your internet service provider might include a certain amount of free online storage space with your subscription. Or you may have an account with one of the many Cloud-based services like Dropbox, Google Drive, or Microsoft OneDrive.
