- [Instructor] If you've worked with Photoshop you might be used to this rigmarole. You have version one of the file. Then you have version two and so on. Keeping track of different versions. With proper version control, you can get out of that business. Now we're going to look at making a poster in Photoshop and how its edit history and layer comps features are interesting but nicely supplemented with version control. Before we start, please note the size of this poster.psd file, about 18 megabytes. We're going to see this change as we go. I've created a repository for this project here in Sublime Merge. And I'm going to stage and commit that poster.psd file, just make an initial commit. Okay now let's open poster.psd in Photoshop. Here we go, we have a beautiful, colorful star field. I decide that I'm going to go for more of like a "Swamp Thing" kind of vibe here so I'm going to add a hue and saturation adjustment…
