- [Instructor] How can we make sure that our message is getting across as much as possible, especially when thinking about takeaways and insight for the audience? One method to enhance your story is to provide more than just a meeting. This could include pre-meeting materials, like a version of the presentation, the dashboard or data points, or a one-sheet or memo of what to expect, which also relates to that collaboration aspect. A strategy that might sound like overkill is having handouts or assets for the audience to have with a presentation. It's a strategy that some of the top CEOs in the world use, and Jeff Bezos is actually famous for requiring not only handouts of the presentation but also memos that are detailed write-ups.
