Level of audience involvement and collaboration

- [Instructor] Involvement of the audience has to do with the situation in addition to the people aspect. Collaboration also should be considered here. For example, will there be pauses during sections to discuss? Will the audience be asked to hold questions until the end? These may seem like things to think about at the end of a presentation creation or even during the delivery but it should be clear from the start. Some presentations on data are also brainstorming sessions on open discussion around what can be done with the results or reflecting on mid-campaign while the data is in front of everyone in the deck. Either way, the reason that it's important to immediately establish this and make it clear is because any unplanned time lost may break up the presentation and disconnect or interrupt things, like the analyses statements, asks, or results in the time given.
