- [Instructor] When creating the visuals for data in a marketing presentation, you're not just restricted to the program where you're creating the deliverable or slide deck. You can use the built-in chart features of PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides, but you can also use screenshots, chart tools, and Adobe Illustrator, or you can use tools online that are specifically made for visualization. I won't go into the technical details of each, but from a high level, each has its own benefit in place. Charts that are built in are the first go-to. The biggest benefit to this is that it's flexible. No matter what data you're using, as long as it's put into a spreadsheet, you can create a chart and connect it directly to the presentation.
