- [Instructor] Before diving right into the content and building the presentation, knowing the audience and their relation to the information that you're sharing is key. The presentation that you're making is of course not meant to be delivered directly back to you or directly back to someone who does the same exact job as you. As a marketer, there's a reason that you're being tasked to create it or a reason that you need to create it. If you're going into this not knowing that key answer, it's not time to build the presentation just yet, it's time to go back to the data or the stakeholders to make sure you have enough information about your audience. This is said a lot, but thinking about the audience is important.
