Well, that's a common problem with many editorial calendars as there's either too many people collaborating on the document, or in some cases they don't have the right level of access. Adding the right contributors to an editorial calendar is important for fostering collaboration and avoiding a logistical burden. So who are the right contributors to add? There are three types to consider for your calendar. Starting with administrators, these are the contributors that have full control of how your calendar is structured, who has access, the ability to edit any task, and maintain the document over time.
