- [Instructor] So let's look at machine learning in terms of how it relates to business applications, or how we're meeting the requirements of the business. So keep in mind, we need to understand ultimately how the repeating patterns within the data are going to be leveraged. We understand that the data is going to change over time, and that data needs to be available. We need to also understand that automation is going to be key to this. The ability to embed this in a business system or a process or someplace where it has repeatable action. The ability to absorb information and learn from the data stimulus, and the ability to return predictions back to the application. And ultimately we need to understand when and where the data is going to become accessible to us.
